Q: What should I do if the 12V pump body lacks power/the filling flow slows down?
A: You can check the power supply and need to recharge or replace the battery in time, and clean the filter regularly.
Q: What should I do if the automatic cut-off nozzle does not trigger/oil spills?
A: Diesel impurities may clog the nozzle filter or valve core, resulting in insufficient flow and failure to trigger flow cutoff, which requires disassembly and cleaning. Then inspect the parts and replace them.
Q: Can it be upgraded to a 230V power supply version?
A: This model only supports 12V DC power supply and cannot be directly converted to a 230V AC version. If you need a mains power supply scenario, it is recommended to choose other versions of the same series and consult us.
