Description
This is an integrated diesel + vehicle urea (AdBlue) mobile filling equipment, mainly used for fuel and urea replenishment of construction machinery, commercial vehicles, etc. It is equipped with 4m oil transfer hose + 4m power cord, diesel pump: 56 liters/minute, optional 12V DC or 230V AC power supply. The 40HQ container can hold 48 units, with low unit transportation cost and suitable for bulk export. Automatic shut-off nozzle to prevent spills. Built-in LED light, it can operate normally at night or in low-light environments, and is suitable for field operation scenarios such as engineering fleets, mines, and logistics.

FAQ
Q: Will diesel and urea be mixed?
A: No, the box adopts an independent partition design, and the pipelines and pump units are completely isolated, structurally eliminating the risk of mixing.
Q:Can it be used in low temperature environment?
A: Urea will crystallize below -11℃, and a heating device is required for low-temperature scenarios; diesel oil can be selected with the corresponding low-temperature label.
Q: How long is the maintenance cycle?
A: It is recommended to inspect every 500 hours of operation or 6 months to clean the filter and check the pipeline sealing and aging conditions.
Q: Is the container loading accurate?
A: Based on size, a 40HQ container can load 48 units through reasonable stacking, which is suitable for bulk foreign trade exports.
