FAQ
Q: Why does the hand pump produce oil slowly and not at all?
A: The air hose entering the pump or the oil gun is blocked. It is recommended to repeatedly shake the pump to drain the air and remove and clean the hose/oil gun filter.
Q:Why is the tank deformed/cracking?
A: Exposure, impact, overpressure filling. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, handle with care, and do not fill beyond the rated volume.
Q: Why is the oil gun leaking/not closed tightly?
A: The valve core of the oil gun is worn/contains impurities. It is recommended to disassemble and clean the valve core to remove impurities.
