FAQ
Q: What are the applicable media? Can they be mixed?
A: Supports various fluids such as diesel, gasoline, fuel oil, automotive urea (AdBlue), etc. Mixing is strictly prohibited. Different media must use separate boxes to avoid contaminating the oil or damaging the pump body.
Q: What should I do if the box leaks? How to maintain it daily?
A: The box body is rotomolded in one piece, and there is no risk of leakage during normal use; if leakage is found, check whether the interface seals and oil pipe joints are aged or loose.
Q: Does the water separator need to be replaced regularly?
A: It is recommended to replace the filter element every 3-6 months or every 10,000L of oil delivery, depending on the cleanliness of the oil.
