Description
This is an AdBlue (vehicle urea solution) tank and reel filling pump model AD980, specially designed for storage and efficient filling of urea solution in commercial vehicles. It is equipped with a 10-meter-long transport hose with an inner diameter of ¾ inch, a 12v vehicle power supply or a 230V mains power supply, and is used by fleets, logistics stations, repair shops, etc. to provide AdBlue filling services for diesel vehicles (National VI/Euro VI emissions). Flow rate 32 L/min, supports 12V DC or 230V AC pump.

FAQ
Q: The hose reel is not retractable or stuck?
A: Check whether there are urea crystals or accumulation of debris inside the reel, and clean the reel and hose with warm water. Make sure the reel shaft is well lubricated and apply appropriate grease regularly.
Q: The pump flow rate drops or cannot be started?
A: Clean the water separator filter element and replace it if it is seriously clogged. Check whether the filter screen of the filling gun is blocked by urea crystals, and flush it with warm water to clear it.
Q: The LED light does not light up or flickers?
A: Check whether the power cord connection is loose and confirm that the power supply voltage matches the device. Avoid turning it on for a long time in a humid environment to prevent short circuits.
