Description
The DD100/AD100/GT100 portable fuel tank is designed for on-site fuel storage and transfer of diesel, AdBlue, and gasoline. With a 100L capacity, it suits small-to-mid-sized construction equipment, agricultural vehicles, and other applications where you need to refuel away from fixed pumps.
With an overall size of 850 × 760 × 450 mm and a net weight of 23 kg, it’s easy to move and efficient to ship (95 units per 20GP container). The tank includes a built-in 12V self-priming pump to deliver up to 40 LPM (10.6 GPM). A 4 m delivery hose (3/4 in PVC) with swivel and crimped fittings, plus an auto-shutoff nozzle, helps make refueling safer and more convenient.
The tank body is Grey by default and can be customized. A padlockable lid helps protect the contents during transport and outdoor use.

Operation & Safety Notes
- Confirm the fuel type before filling and keep the tank upright during transport.
- Connect the 12V pump to a suitable 12V DC power source (vehicle battery or 12V outlet), then check the hose and nozzle connections for leaks.
- Start the pump and monitor flow. Stop immediately if you notice unusual noise, heat, or leakage.
- Keep away from open flames and hot surfaces. Use in well-ventilated areas.
- Drain residual fuel from the hose/nozzle before storage, and keep the lid locked when not in use.

Can I place a sample order ?
Yes, Sample orders are welcome for testing and quality checks. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What is the lead time?
Samples typically take 5–7 days. Mass production usually takes 2–3 weeks, depending on order quantity and customization requirements.
Do you have an MOQ limit?
Low MOQ is supported. One unit is available for sample checking.
How do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. Express delivery typically takes 5–7 days. Air and sea freight are also available.
How do I place an order?
