At the core of our diesel tank portable and plastic fuel tank with pump range, the DD480HR features a 12V standard diesel pump as its power heart. Simply plug in the battery cable – complete with a provided clip for ultra-convenient power connection – and it’s ready to start. This high-performance pump offers two adjustable flow modes: 40 liters per minute for a steady, controlled dispense of small fuel volumes, and a 56 liters per minute “rampage mode” for rapid refueling of large machinery and heavy-duty equipment. What’s more, the tank body is fitted with an air vent valve, which maintains internal pressure balance during fueling and dispensing. This clever design prevents fuel blockages and poor flow issues, ensuring every refueling operation runs seamlessly and efficiently.

Thickened body, built to last
This is definitely an advantage of it! The body has been specially treated with a thickened wall. It feels particularly solid and heavy when touched, completely different from those thin and fragile cans. The thickening design not only makes the can body exceptionally sturdy, resistant to impact and wear and tear, but also can withstand outdoor conditions such as wind, sun, rain, and snow, or occasional minor collisions without deforming or breaking, significantly extending its service life.
Moderate size and weight
The dimensions are 1130x950x860mm. It is not particularly heavy and has excellent adaptability. Whether placed in a workshop, warehouse, or carried along in an engineering vehicle or cargo truck, it can easily find a suitable placement position without occupying extra space. The weight is 104kg. Although it seems not light, it is actually reasonable. It is solid yet not heavy. Two people can easily move and place it together without the need for large tools. The handling and placement are very convenient.

The air breathing valve on the can body and the lockable lid need special maintenance during daily use?
Generally, no special maintenance is required during daily use. The air breathing valve will automatically regulate the internal pressure of the can. Just be sure to avoid debris blocking the valve opening; for the lockable lid, wipe the lock core regularly to prevent dust from getting stuck and ensure smooth opening and closing.
