The AD125 DC AdBlue Refilling Unit by Hongrun is a professional all-in-one solution designed for mobile diesel exhaust fluid (DEF/AdBlue) refilling. It features a 125L LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) AdBlue Storage Tank formed through rotational molding and a 12V DC transfer pump, providing safe, efficient, and convenient AdBlue supply for logistics fleets, construction sites, agricultural operations, and mining transport. This makes it an ideal Portable Poly AdBlue Tank with Pump for off-grid refueling.

The tank is rotationally molded as a single piece with no seams or joints, eliminating leakage risks. Made from food-grade LLDPE, it offers excellent chemical resistance, long-term stability with AdBlue, anti-aging, impact resistance, and corrosion protection, ensuring reliable outdoor performance and a lifespan far exceeding conventional welded tanks.

The unit is equipped with a 12V DC AdBlue pump with a standard flow rate of 17 LPM, and an optional 26 LPM high-flow pump is available for faster refilling. An automatic shut-off nozzle stops flow when the tank is full, preventing spills, reducing waste, and ensuring safe and controlled operation. Together with the AdBlue Transfer Tank design, it enables fast and efficient refueling.

For outdoor and off-grid use, the system includes a 4-meter (3/4 inch) flexible delivery hose with a swivel joint to reduce tangling and adapt to various working distances. A 4-meter power cable allows direct connection to vehicle batteries, providing plug-and-play operation without AC power.
