This is an AdBlue (vehicle urea solution) tank filling pump model AD800, which is mainly used for the storage and filling of commercial vehicle exhaust treatment fluid. It is equipped with a 4-meter-long transport hose with an inner diameter of ¾ inch, 12v vehicle power supply or 230V mains power, and is used by fleets, logistics stations, repair shops, etc. to provide AdBlue filling services for diesel vehicles (National VI/Euro VI emissions). The 40HQ container can hold 48 units, with low unit transportation cost and suitable for bulk export. Designed with lock and water separator to improve equipment durability and liquid purity.

FAQ
Q: What are the equipment maintenance cycles and wearing parts?
A: It is recommended to clean the water separator filter every 3-6 months and check the power cord and hose for wear once a year.
Q: Is there leakage or odor in the tank?
A: Check whether the tank welds and interface seals are aged and damaged, and replace the sealing rings in time. Urea solutions are corrosive and seals made of incompatible materials should be avoided.
Q: The automatic cut-off gun frequently triggers by mistake and stops before it is fully filled?
A: It may be that the sensing hole of the gun tip is blocked by urea crystals. Use warm water to clean the gun tip and sensing area.
