FAQ
Q: What should I do if the hose reel is stuck in retracting and unwinding?
A: Regularly apply high-temperature grease to the reel shaft to avoid excessive pulling or knotting of the hose and keep it smooth when retracting and unwinding.
Q: How long can the power cord be extended to?
A: The original factory standard 4m cable is recommended to be extended no more than 8m, and a copper core wire of ≥2.5mm² is required to avoid insufficient pump power due to pressure drop.
Q: Can gasoline be stored for a long time?
A: It is recommended to use it within 1-3 months. Long-term storage will cause oxidative deterioration of gasoline, increase in colloid, and block pipelines and pump valves. During storage, the ventilation valve must be kept unobstructed to prevent negative pressure deformation of the box.
