This is the CM0500 model ADBLUE dedicated manual barrel pump. It is a portable manual pumping equipment specially designed for automotive urea (ADBLUE/DEF). It is adapted to 50-205L standard chemical barrels and is used to safely and efficiently pump and fill non-flammable and explosive liquids such as automotive urea, water-based media, pesticides, etc. It is widely used in auto repair, logistics, agriculture and other scenarios. With a large flow rate of 20L/min, it is a high-end specification among manual pumps. It only takes about 10 minutes to pump a 205L full barrel of urea. The efficiency is far higher than that of ordinary manual pumping pipes, greatly improving the filling efficiency. It can safely transport vehicle urea (ADBLUE), water-based media, detergent, soap liquid, antifreeze, glass water, hydraulic oil, herbicides, and pesticides.

FAQ
Q: Can I smoke pesticides/herbicides?
A: Yes, the material of the pump body is resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion. It can safely extract most water-based pesticides and herbicides. Just rinse the pipeline thoroughly with clean water after use to avoid residual corrosion of the liquid.
Q: Can it be used in explosion-proof workshops?
A:Yes. It has a purely mechanical structure, no sparks, no power supply, and can be used safely in sensitive areas such as explosion-proof workshops and gas stations (only suitable for non-flammable and explosive media).
Q: Can the pump body be soaked in liquid for a long time?
A: Not recommended. After use, please lift the pump body out of the barrel, drain the remaining liquid, clean and store it in a dry place to avoid long-term immersion, which will accelerate material aging and seal failure.
