Description
This is a vehicle-mounted/mobile vehicle urea solution (AdBlue) filling device that integrates a liquid storage tank and a pumping system. It is specially designed for the SCR exhaust after-treatment system of commercial vehicles (such as trucks and buses) for convenient filling of AdBlue solution. 23LPM (approximately 6.8GPM, open flow rate), a 20-foot cabinet can load 70 sets, and has a 30-minute on/off working cycle to protect the pump motor and extend the service life of the equipment. 12V DC power supply, can be directly connected to vehicle battery or portable power supply, suitable for outdoor, fleet stations and other scenarios.

FAQ
Q: How to connect the 12V voltage?
A: Directly connect the vehicle battery or 12V DC power supply. Do not reverse the positive and negative poles. Turn off the power supply before wiring.
Q: What should I do if the pump keeps not discharging liquid?
A: Check whether the power supply is normal and whether the pump is working. Check whether the pipes and joints are leaking or blocked.
Q: Can I work continuously?
A: Not recommended. Design work cycle: 30 minutes of work → 30 minutes of rest. Continuous long-term work will overheat and burn the pump.
