Description
The RP20A lithium battery pump is a multifunctional liquid transfer device that combines industrial operations with outdoor emergency situations. It is specifically designed for 205L drum and 1000LIBC tank, and can efficiently transport various liquid media such as diesel, DEF/Adblue/urea, antifreeze, fresh water, and various detergents. Its core power system is equipped with a 3200mAh high-performance lithium battery, and it can complete a full charge in just 3 hours. With a single charge, it can continuously transfer 800L of diesel or urea, and combined with a stable flow rate of 20L/min, it can fully meet the needs of small and medium-sized liquid transfer operations.
The equipment adopts a modular design to enhance operational convenience. It is equipped with 980-1250mm extendable suction tubes, which can be freely adjusted according to the depth of the container. A 2-meter extension hose is combined with a manual dispensing nozzle to achieve precise volume control and long-distance transportation. At the same time, it provides two specifications of 56mm and 70mm bucket mouth adapters, compatible with mainstream standard containers in the market. In terms of safety protection, an intelligent fuse is built-in to effectively prevent overload and short circuits. LED indicator lights display the working status in real time. The silent submersible pump design significantly reduces noise pollution during operation.
Thanks to the advantage of no external power supply restrictions, this device is widely applicable in outdoor scenarios such as logistics warehouse oil supply, emergency transportation and distribution at gas stations, and agricultural machinery field operations. Especially in remote areas or in power outage situations, it can still operate efficiently and provide a safe and reliable portable solution for liquid transfer.

FAQ
Q1. Where are fuel dispensing pumps typically used?
A. Fuel dispensing pumps are mainly installed on static fuel storage tanks. They can be purchased as a complete unit with a tank, or they can be retrofitted to existing tanks. The fuel dispensing pump is an ideal solution for the refuelling of fleets of vehicles, agricultural machinery as well as plant equipment.
Q2. What pump do I need?
A. With a large range of pumps we can offer it may be difficult to know where to begin. Because the pumps have different flow rates and this can impact your choice especially if you already have a nozzle or hose already on site. We recommend if you are unsure toemail us on latina@tampable.com and we can assist you in your search.
Q3. What is the difference between 12V and 230V?
A. 12V pumps tend to be more popular for people who are working more remote or on the travel where mains power isn’t an option, These style of pumps come with 2 crocodile clips that attached onto a power source such as a car battery. 230V is more popular for use with static tanks in a working yard or a farm (for example). They tend to come with a 3 pin caravan plug or a 3 pin UK domestic plug.
Q4. How Does a Fuel Transfer Pump Work?
A. A fuel transfer pump works simple by pumping fuel such as diesel or kerosene from one tank or container to another. Some diesel transfer pumps are rotary vane pumps, others are gear pumps. Electric diesel transfer pumps can be purchased in 12 volt, 24 volt, 230 volt and in ac and dc versions. Some diesel transfer pumps can also be battery operated for remote use.
