Description
This is a 200-liter 12V electric portable vehicle urea solution (AdBlue/DEF) filling equipment, specially designed for centralized replenishment scenarios of heavy-duty diesel vehicles such as large fleets, mines/ports, etc. The 23LPM high-flow diaphragm pump is 35% more efficient than the small-capacity model and is suitable for fleet batch filling scenarios. A 20-foot container can hold 60 sets, with a 30-minute on/off working cycle to protect the pump motor and extend the service life of the equipment.

FAQ
Q: Why does the pump body overheat and make abnormal noises?
A: Possible reasons for working for more than 30 minutes. It is recommended to stop working and strictly follow the 30 minutes.
Q: Why does the filling port leak?
A: The sealing gasket of the filling cap has aged and is not tightly closed. You can replace the corrosion-resistant sealing gasket to ensure that the cover body is buckled in place.
Q: Why is the manual oil gun dripping?
A: The valve core of the oil gun is worn and contains crystalline impurities. Disassemble the oil gun and clean the valve core and filter with clean water.
