FAQ
Q: Can it only use 12V power supply? Can it be connected to 230V mains power?
A: The standard configuration is a 12V DC pump, which is only suitable for vehicle power supply. It does not support 230V mains power currently. If you need fixed site supply, you can choose a larger capacity model.
Q:How long is the warranty period? What are the wearing parts?
A: Usually the whole machine has a one-year warranty, and wearing parts (oil pipes, seals, oil gun gaskets) are consumables and need to be replaced separately.
Q: What is the function of the rotary joint of the 4-meter oil pipe?
A: The rotary joint can prevent the oil pipe from being entangled and twisted during filling, making the operation more flexible and extending the service life of the hose.
